We reserve the right to modify the Brightman Glover International Website Policies at any time. We commit to posting policy changes immediately and encourage our visitors to check them often.

Tuition Payment and Cancellation Policies  

Public Classes - A non-refundable, $100 deposit is required to reserve your participation in a public workshop. Class fees and deposits are transferable to another workshop and/or to private coaching if notice of cancellation is given at least three days prior to the class start date.

Weekend Workshops - Workshop fees must be paid in full in advance. Workshop fees are not refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop or to individual coaching if notice is given one week prior to the workshop for which you are enrolled.

Individual Coaching – Initial coaching fees are due prior to the start of a coaching series. Fees are not refundable but may be used for coaching services up to one year from date of cancellation.
Fees and Cancellation policies for Corporate programs, facilitation services, coaching, and workshops are determined on a project basis and documented in the contract or service agreement.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than is necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Any information collected through telephone interviews will be the property of Brightman Glover International, and may be generically included in writings and publications regarding leadership. Individually identifying information such as name, e-mail address, company, phone number, etc., will be kept confidential, and will be neither shared nor disclosed. Any demographic information provided is strictly voluntary and not required to participate in research activities.

This website as a whole is intended for use by individuals of adult age, but in no case is it intended for use by children under the age of 13. Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in online research sponsored by Brightman Glover International.
